Himalayan Pink Rock Salt contains 84 Trace Minerals, including: Potassium, Iron, sulphate, magnesium, calcium, potassium, bicarbonate, bromide, borate, strontium, and fluoride and Magnesium, all vital minerals for maintaining good health. Carp often struggle getting enough of the minerals and elements Himalayan rock salt has to offer, making for a great addition to any bait especially during spring and after spawning. Use by many anglers in the fishing industry.

For use in boilie, pellet, particle/spod mixes (usually 1 or 2 kilos is enough for a session) or on it's own. 
Himalayan salt is also good at creating a clear spot for you to present a bait in weed. 
The salt draws water out of the weed through osmosis, thus killing part of the weed that comes in contact with the salt (our Course Himalayan salt or Salt Rocks work best in this application). 
Also, while the carp are actively searching for the salt, they are also helping to clear the spot as well. This process will usually take a few days to work, so this method is best used for priming a spot ready for you to fish at a later date. 
When added liberally to prepared particles it makes the particle PVA friendly 👍👍.
